About Us

With 20 years experience working in various dental specialties, I must admit I had my blinkers on. Working in Periodontics- I would treat gum disease. When working in Prosthodontics- I would maintain restorative work. Teeth and gums was my thing and that’s where the line was drawn!

Boy was I wrong! After my own daughter was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea at 3 years old, I went down the rabbit hole and learnt as much as I could. I realized as a dental professional it was my responsibility to be looking at the body as a whole. The human body is so complex, yet so streamlined if one thing isn’t functioning as it should a chain reaction of symptoms is set off. It was at this point I dedicated myself to the field of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy to help children grow functionally correct and to help people live healthier lives.
